OK - I'll have a look at this.  iMS, btw, does support the SIZE parameter
which is specified in the ESMTP dialog.  The remote server, however, can
ignore the SIZE parameter and send the mail anyway - and then the server
would need to receive the entire message before rejecting it.

I'll have a look at the stats discrepencies and let you know what I find.
