The SMTP Server does allow you to set the max msg size from the HELO
template. However, when the remote server issues a EHLO you do not know the
domain of the recipient (the reason that you can only do this in the HELO
template is because the SIZE is only specified in the response to an EHLO
command from the remote server).
The only way, therefore, to create separate size limits based on domain is
by assigning a separate IP address to the domain and using the LocalAddress
parameter to see what IP address the remote server connected to.
Also, since the SMTP server receives mail from both clients and remote
servers you may wish to treat these type of mail differently.
