We copy the incoming .mail file to its relevant List directory and then we 
process it later for digests and the like. We also do the "do we send 
attachments" decisions and the like then, not in the data.cfm include as, 
as Howie has said, the whole idea is to get thru the data.cfm file as fast 
as possible.
