I almost "finish".. I am playing around the new parameters of the CFX_IMSMAIL its been some time since I read the docs..
I am trying to use the EMAILFILE parameter, it works pretty cool but I cant find a way to set heathers to it so the reply is to the list and not to the original sender.. Did you decode the raw file to separate the email parts and ensemble a new one or just frw the fileusing EMAILFILE or RFC822ATTACHMENT

We copy the incoming .mail file to its relevant List directory and then we process it later for digests and the like. We also do the "do we send attachments" decisions and the like then, not in the data.cfm include as, as Howie has said, the whole idea is to get thru the data.cfm file as fast as possible.
