I almost "finish".. I am playing around the new parameters of the CFX_IMSMAIL its been some time since I read the docs..

I am trying to use the EMAILFILE parameter, it works pretty cool but I cant find a way to set heathers to it so the reply is to the list and not to the original sender.. Did you decode the raw file to separate the email parts and ensemble a new one or just frw the fileusing EMAILFILE or RFC822ATTACHMENT
We always decode it, then handle it as needed for the individual List. We have to decode it to get the body for the digest version so there was no real decision to make :-)
