OK, so what are going to do is add a page to iMS, running off the
scheduler, to do the mail fetch and process.

Actually we have had no problems with cfpop, used it many times, it is
cfmail which is dodgy, but there are a couple of POP replacements in the
devex as far as I remember, one in C one in java if I recollect.
