Hi Howie,

When I send out an e-mail with the subject below, exchange servers receive the subject properly, however IMS receives it differently. I have narrowed the issue down to the apostrophe. Any ideas as to what is causing the problem? It doesn't occur for every subject with an apostrophe. Only this particular sequence.

Subject as it appears in exchange: bigdough, Inc. (xxx:NYSE): * * this is marc’s test * *

Subject as it appears in .MAIL file received by IMS: Subject: =?iso-8859-1?Q?bigdough, Inc. (xxx:NYSE): * * this is marc=92s test * *?=

Thanks,
Marc
