Actually, this appears to be a CFX_ODSMIME issue. CFX_IMSMAIL is being used to write the mail files. In the .MBX files, the subject is altered. CFX_ODSMIME is being using to decode the file. CFX_ODSMIME is returning the subject incorrectly.
