I'm not sure that it has anything to do with the multiple aliases.  The way FM is 
supposed to work is that each time a client deletes an email file it checks to see if 
there are any other owners of the email (a single mail file may be owned by multiple 
recipients).  It's possible that the mail files are not being deleted as they should 
so I'll have this checked out before 2.7 is released (2.7 has a lot of nice new 
features, BTW).
