If you expect to update your translations regularly (I update mine several times each week, in French — well, maybe this is not a mystery anymore for everyone —, to update and improve my translations), the better way for you and for us is probably the merge request, if using the command line is not something special for you. Actually, I or another friendly administrator could receive the PO file by e-mail and commit it itself, but apparently the wiki does not recommend it. Sure it's Brazilian Portuguese (pt-br) and not Portuguese (pt)?
