Let's see. Go to https://inkscape.org/en/admin/releases/
Make sure you can see "Platforms", "Release platforms" and "Releases" Click Platforms Click on one of the platforms in the list, for example "Windows : 32-Bit : Exe" Platform translations are available (live) under the icon and image fields. Similar situation for the ReleasePlatform translations, but very few release platforms need translations as they don't have specific instructions just for that release. Does this help?
