I would point out the Australian Commonwealth CRIMINAL CODE ACT 1995 � Schedule - 
Section 3 � SECT 268 (various sub-SECT) that deal with �Crimes against humanity� and 
�War Crimes�.

Do you recall the discussions about the �rules of engagement� pertaining to our people 
in Iraq, and how these were different from and more stringent than the US forces� ROE, 
and how we were not resiling from the difference?
