When Ministers Sin, by Neil and Thea Ormerod. Should be required reading, over and over again, for ministers, and laity not excluded since they need to understand the power dynamics in pastoral relationships too.
And not only for clergy-parishioner relationships; the god-man relationship is HUGELY power-imbalanced and not to understand that blinds believers to a lot of abusive theology.
