Last I checked (some time ago), redhat had versions of the Neomagic X
drivers for both libc (slak) and glib (latest redhat) libraries. They also
had it in both rpm and tgz formats, so you don't need to install rpm
(yay!). Even so, there's a rpm2targz utility that supposedly converts
rpms. I didn't have much luck with that though. HTH.
