I'm trying to recompile my kernal for sound support. I tried to do the setting
myself and the kernal did compile. However, it hung on bootup. I did change
some other kernal settings, however, so I'm not sure if it actually was the
changes to the sound system that made it hang. I did see some messages before
the crash that some sound devices had been found.
Here's the question: Can anyone tell me what settings they used to compile
kernel support for sound on the I3.2k?
Thanks,
TB
