Alas, when I installed the machine, ZFS root was not supported (at least not on SPARC), so all the system stuff is on ufs. Otherwise it would have been a stellar idea (I actually do use ZFS snapshots, they are great!), and definitely one to include in the "BFU awareness program" or whatever we should call it. :-) On the other hand, perhaps not having the old root on ZFS will reduce the risk of the installer trying any funny business with my pools? //?Marcus -- This message posted from opensolaris.org
