The one obvious change that took place around build 110 was the cut over to lzma compression as opposed to gzip. And, standardizing on the global image contents (versus two - a global and a reduced language support one). I guess you could try setting the "live_img_compression" parameter to "gzip" in the manifest and try creating a usb image. Alok
