ryan, how much exactly is it lagging?i'm really not sure about this game bcos i havent tried it on my notebook...make sure u try running the game using the registry tweak this increases the frame rate in lots of games as it emulates HW tnl(this works only if have installed modded drivers) the emulated tnl is usually faster than the software tnl in a lot games...try this for every game u run on ur comp...if that doesn't work u should visit tweakguides.com and try all the tweaks suggested for san andreas and see what works best....its painstaking work but san andreas is well worth it... hope this helps...
