It's lagging like 2-3fps. I've got the registry tweak, and just to
make sure I've got the registry entry in the right place it's location
is HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SYSTEM>ControlSet001>Control>Class>{4D36E968-
E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}>0000
And the entry is a DWORD (32-bit) Value called "~gta_sa.exe" (w/o the
quotes) with a value of 1.
