Well, the x3100 is sm4.0...ish Both it's pixel and vertex models are 4.0, so
it is 4.0.   4.1 is just an ati thing.

Also, we are pretty lucky many game engines still have old rendering paths,
so rendering on the gma 950 (6-7years old now?) can still happen, but even
so, it's a little far fetched.

Still, the origional xbox is a beefed up gma 950, techinically wise, so why
won't it run Halo 2!? (nativey!)
Porting is just horribly done now.
