Hmm, performance dropped. The performance didn't change on the MD 1.1
Final whether this line was enabled or not:

HKLM,"SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\GraphicsDrivers",UseXPModel,%REG_DWORD%,1

Software Vertex does exist still when that line was changed from 0 to
1 because WoW showed me having vs 2_0 and 256 constraints.
