Pretty much what espi is saying is...

1.Download your Most up to date/current BIOS
2. Patch the Vbio with one of your own or simply make changes to the
existing one
3. Recompile your BIOS
4. FLASH! (Not the superhero kind, just flashing it back to the chip lol)

You will be able to use the crysis recovery disk only if your mainboard
supports it and it is enabled (espi said that some OEM'S disable it). Check
around and find out if your particular Mainboard supports it just to be
sure.
