if your bios flashes fine and your video bios is messed up, no you
won't see anything at all even on power up. However everything should
work just fine still (cept starting windows, since it won't detect a
graphics card until you reflash).

The best way to boot from the crysis recovery disk would be to take
out the HDD and put the disk in your cd drive. My bios lhas the boot
order from HDD to CD to network.

Another way is to remember how to access your boot screen to select
the cd rom device. First reset your bios to default, then on boot,
access the boot screen and then practice booting from the cd-rom. Do
it several times and even write it down or record a video of yourself
doing it lol just so you get it right lol.
