I understand it.but changing pixel and vertex shader to 11 version will make it to render fast as 21 and 11 mode of sw shares same amount of vertex and pixel processing in hitman 4 but in 21 mode of sw it tries to emulate more of game shader and pixel due to which game runs slowly also try to change thread count to 2 .as my config is very low try in yours i am sure that enough video ram and memory will run it very smoothly.
