As far OS tweaks go, I'm very computer literate, and very windows saavy (have a few certs under my belt), tweaking services, settings, etc. is a breeze for me, I'm just not seeing that as an overall solution to playing Vindictus on this laptop :P still is a good start though.
So far, my to do list is install Windows 7 and tweak it, okay that's a start! -- 9xx SOLDIERS SANS FRONTIERS
