Thanks, you just answered where I was going with this. All my important apps only have silver status at best on appdb, not to mention that many apps and games simply run in a handicapped state, which is not something I consider as proper or viable.
Games runnning faster on Wine than on Windows by simply disabling features is not an improvement by any measure. But that's just my view on the matter.
