URGENT: Training manual

Hello everyone.  I need some information pretty quickly:  How (and how much)
does one charge to translate a 250 page Training Manual for Employees?  It
seems odd to charge per word because many pages are representations of
screens, others are purchase orders, some are self-tests, questionnaires,
etc.  Can one charge per page? charge a flat fee?  Also, how long might this
kind of job take?

I need this info as soon as possible and all your suggestions are welcome.
