Please!!!  I have 30 minutes left and I would like some suggestions on how
to translate the following sentence into French...it's actually quite simple
but my brain is a little bit OVERLOADED right now and the ingenious ideas
are not really flowing anymore!

suppliers demonstrating unsatisfactory preparedness.*
