Hi everyone. Believe it or not, I just got *another* contract to translate
(I am really not specialized in legal trads), 10 minutes after having sent
the Web Construction Contract, and the client (a different one) wants it by
tomorrow morning. The language does seem pretty similar to that of the Web
Construction Contract, however, the content is completely different.
The contracting parties are *Le commettant* and *le mandataire
commissionnaire*. Who are these people and what are their roles?
As a matter of fact, the contract is a *contrat de mandataire
commissionnaire*. Does anyone know what this can be translated as? I ask
this because I cannot find anywhere *mandataire* and *commissionnaire*
together. I found them separately but never one with the other.
