IM-R for iPhone? If I were prioritizing functionality for an iPhone app, the first thing I'd want to do is Acknowledge down devices. Right now, I VNC back to a desktop. As iPhone apps get more functional, I carry my laptop less!
Sending an Ack via the web interface would be a HUGE benefit.
