June 15, Jon from ISC wrote to me and stated, "Please call me and I will be able to answer your questions". I called him but he was out for a few days and no one else wanted to help me because I was "assigned to Jon".
Eventually I did talk to Jon, but he me handed off to someone else more technical - which was okay. I had talked about licenses to someone who didn't even know what a "job" was. I needed someone who spoke my language. (I have a very hard time discussing licensing without referring to "jobs" and "sessions".) June 28, I had a conference call with some ISC people. The ISC people repeatedly told me that pricing was no secret, all I had to do was ask, it takes a PhD to understand their pricing structure, we can get something that works for you, etc. By the next day, my request supposedly reached Paul, a VP. Henry, who was busy that morning, was supposed to contact me that very afternoon. On July 09, Lori said she would remind Henry. On July 12, Lori said, "I'll give Henry a shove and remind him to send you pricing info!" I have yet to hear from Henry or see an official price. I hope they put you into the queue ahead of me. Good luck!
