As a VAR I agree with John's comments 100% - Sometimes the complexity confuses me too - that's when I pick up the phone and call the local Sales Office
Someone new to Cache and not knowing the technology would not have a clue - take for example CSP licencing - the web license would scare small users off - but to create an Intranet system for limited users does not require this I have just installed an intranet for a known number (small) of named users and just had to purchase a named user license for the required count and each machine can have a total of 12 connections - browser/odbc links/terminal windows no need for the mega Web License === or take another example the guy from Russia that recently asked about a distributed network - he had read the docs and thought that an ECP is what he required - well maybe but then again maybe not as Timur said - call the office to discuss Peter
