I also hope the relevant Intersystems people are reading this,
every time I have requested pricing, Intersystems have been prompt and  
polite. 

I have had problems with licensing (a runaway process that consumed 
licence slots and I was about to give a demon station) , Intersystems 
"lent" me a 100-user licence for a month, at about 5 minutes notice, I 
only asked for "fast support "
