This is sort of interesting.  I just compiled the code for the HelloIOIO 
project with a build target of Google API 4.3.  I installed it on two 
different Android devices.  I installed it on my Galaxy Note 3 (with 
Android 4.3) and my Google Nexus 7 tablet (with Android 4.4).  I put this 
compiled HelloIOIO on both devices.  With the tablet, everything seems to 
be working fine.  The LED blinks on command.  With the Note 3, the LED 
doesn't blink.  Could it be something to do with Android 4.4 vs 4.3?
