Sure enough, returning to check things out after some time passed I cannot connect to either of my IOIO boards via bluetooth from the 'standard' apps. I've tried unpairing/re-pairing, turning bluetooth off and on, and of course power-cycling the boards. I have two phones (Moto X and Galaxy Nexus), two IOIO boards, and two bluetooth dongles. This is a serious problem, if I can't reliably connect via bluetooth then I can't develop any software for these things.
