If you are using Xinerama, this is just how it is, except that there's no requirement that the screens must be of same size to move workspaces between them. Ion can resize tiled workspaces to the new size. If you are using traditional X multihead (not Xinerama), then you can't move anything between the screens. -- Tuomo
