In the current Ion3, there are only one thing, which could be improved
(although I don't know how easily):

Sometimes I have a main application window, which is rather small (e.g. a GUI
icq client), which I put in a small frame. But for certain actions "(like Add
new contact wizard, or the general options dialog) it opens transient
windows, which minimum size is larger than than the main window, and therefor
unusable, if you don't setup kludges for each individual dialog or move the
window manually.

It's also valid for some system tray icons which I set to the dock, and which'
transient windows are useless if they are shown in 64x64 pixels.

I don't have a real solution, but I think we could just increase the transient
window to the minimum size, and cover some other windows temporarily on a
WIonWS since transients only are there for a short time usually and the
user's focus is mostly only at this transient for the time where it is
visible.

However, I don't know if the current design of Ion allows it to show windows
at a larger size than the frame it actually is in.
