thanks, i'm still not sure what my jurisdictions are, like, can i create
mailinglists (does sourceforge even provide this, or do we have to use
another host), edit HTML, commit to repos, etc..?

IMO, this should be discussed later (preferably, on our own mailinglist,
once we have one that is), right now, i guess, people just want to see
something done, a mailinglist should be a huge moral boost (ME THINKS),
we should start with that; i suggest: [notion-general] & [notion-dev]

any idea how to do this?
