On non swagger files json2cbor does more than the conversion,
this is also a way to test the tool we're shipping and track differences
(or regression)
IMHO, It could be renamed to iotivity2dat or something less confusing.
Now may I call sub domain maintainers to check
if generated files are accurate and please commit them (in master 1st)
