TLDR; IoTivity 2.0 has not been release yet, which is why it has not been announced. When IoTivity 2.0 is released, it will include pointers to the Specification versions it implements. I'm not sure how my prior emails were missed in this conversation; maybe search your inbox and see if they show up? July 13th - "IoTivity 2.0.0-RC1 (aka 1.4.0-RC3) tagged" (this email explains the versioning change) June 18th - "IoTivity 1.4.0-RC2 tagged" IoTivity 2.0 has not yet been released because we are still finding new issues in testing. Although we continue to close them very quickly, the nature of the tests is that some issues are hidden until the prior issues are resolved.
