My speedometer went bad in my car (they want $1250 to repair it, some gear 
inside the tranny?), anyway, would Cyclemeter or some other app work for this 
purpose? I notice people using Garmin GPS units in their cars; it gives them a 
very responsive and accurate instantaneous speed reading on the display. Surely 
the iPhone could do this?
