I have an IT tech support company for house call type of service. I read your first line and laughed out loud. I see people double click web links almost every single day. I see their point though, without being tech heads or understanding file systems vs apps vs web pages and now vs touch screen gestures, there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason for the differences. I was looking around some message boards last night and saw that a lot of people don't seem to know anything about any of the 3rd party apps; Movie app, one trip shopping list etc.., let alone figure out two-finger scroll.
If you build it, they will come. If you don't explain how to use it, they will go away. -=R On 7/31/07 5:27 AM, "Matt Rehkopf" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > Don't underestimate how differently people use the web.
