There are two ways to distribute your webapps:

a) place all the files on a server and tell the user to open the URL  
in safari. Press the + button and add it to the home screen. If you  
want the app to work offline, you'll need to use the HTML5 offline  
cache.

b) use ie. PhoneGap to create a native wrapper around your app and  
submit to the App store.
