SuperMicro has two different firmware files for each motherboard, one with RMCP and one with RMCP+.  Your IPMI card might have the RMCP firmware on it.  The SuperMicro FTP site has both versions.  ftp://ftp.supermicro.com.    Go to the ‘CDR-0010 for IPMI ServerManagement’->’Firmware’->’IPMI20’ directory.  The files in this directory are RMCP+ firmware versions.

Good Luck,
