You might also revisit your LAN settings:
channel info 1
lan print 1
and/or go through the whole settings process using ipmitool
(lan set 1 {ipsrc,ipaddr,netmask,macaddr,defgw,snmp}) and
(which may be the culprit for you)
lan set 1 access on
