Things here weren't really as bad as others experienced. Certainly
not a stellar morning, but much better than yesterday.
1548 UNID
Not quite at audio level, but a puzzle, as multiple carriers noted,
from 1547.97 up. Not something I recall seeing in recent times.
1566 KOREA,S HLAZ
Audio first evident at 1433, but never got better than a poor level,
before fading around 1500.
1575 THAILAND VOA
The first with audio, at 1426, staying in the poor range, until getting
a boost to fair around 1450 sunrise. Still in audio for several minutes
past 1500.
1593 CHINA CNR1
First noted with traces of audio at 1443. Improved to fair (even
bordering on good at times) with man and woman conversing by 1454, and
nice clear pips and ID at 1500.
All the action was at the top end of the dial. Reasonably substantial
carriers also noted on 1359, 1377, 1386, 1557, and 1584 (along with
1584.05).
