[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 27 November 2015

    Same three at the top end with audio as the past couple of days, 
1566 Korea, 1575 VOA, and 1593 CNR1.  Today they were joined by a couple 
from the low end, as 594 and 693 from Japan came aboard with poor to 
fair audio from 1430 to 1445.  Quite a few good carriers above 1200, but 
between 700 khz and 1200 khz things were pretty barren.  Things peaked 
soon after 1430, about 20 minutes before sunrise, by which time 
virtually all the audio was gone.
