[IRCA] Alberta TP for 8 December 2015

    Slim pickings here this morning, though for a change what pickings 
there were were on the bottom end of the dial.   Had audio, though weak, 
from Japan on 594 and 693 when I first checked at 1430.  It was a 
sunrise droop rather than enhancement today though, as all the audio had 
vanished well before 1509 sunrise.  Higher up, only 1566 had any kind of 
carrier worth mentioning.     Yesterday was actually worse, with zero 
audio, and few carriers.
