ISPAK: DNOP License Fee

Even to deploy radio link and DXX you need DNOP license...why to think in
terms of big only..I want to provide dedicated link to say NED University I
need a DNOP license ...I dont want to go Nation wide..I should have a
choice..If my business plan permits then I can pay the difference and
upgrade to higher level..simple !
