I am not at all opposing any change in DNOP license terms. If we want, and
PTA agrees, I do not see any problem in the formula proposed by you. If
you want a DNOP license for a city, it is your desicion, and your
business.
All I am saying is that if we are allowed to provide certain service in
our EIS license, we should not be blackmailed / pushed by PTCL and PTA
into getting another license for it.
